After graduating, he served as a family dentist for the United States Air Force (USAF).
During his time with the USAF, he was stationed at Andrews Air Force Base and Bolling Air Force Base, providing dental care for Air Force One pilots and other staff members. Dr. Garg is a member of the American Dental Society and Patuxent Dental Society.
