Came in swollen and in crazy pain. Dr. Isakov accommodated me as an emergency that same day. The man is amazing. Truly caring and compassionate. Did an extraction for me and was so gentle. The office is immaculate. The staff are all friendly and easy to speak to. I truly found my forever dentist. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and intelligent practitioner that cares about YOU!
Most honest dentist I've been to. Whole staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Unfortunately my insurance doesn't cover much but when I have the money I plan on going back to him. I had to have an emergency dental procedure and was lucky enough to be referred to Dental Concepts. The staff was welcoming, and professional-Dr. Arthur Isakov performed the procedure the same day, and did a great job explaining everything he was doing and what i needed to do after.
I left the office healthy, and in no pain. Truly everything you want from a dental office. Thank you Dental Concepts! I had pleasant encounter with Dr. Isakov, he is not only a great dentist but he is a very caring person that goes above and beyond for his patients.
