Dr. Slavik earned her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from the University Of Wisconsin-Madison while competing on the university's volleyball team.
She went on to receive her DDS from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska.
Dr. Slavik is dedicated to attending continuing education courses to stay current on the latest techniques.
She is also an adjunct faculty member at Midwestern University Dental School, where she enjoys teaching 1st and 2nd year pre-clinic dental students.
Dr. Slavik is passionate about running an exceptional dental practice where the highest quality dental care is provided in a clean, modern, and caring environment.
