Dr. Bernstein received a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the School of Dental Medicine at Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1974.
He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, and member of the American Dental Asociation, the Dental Society of the State of New York and the Nassau County Dental Society.
Since he began practicing dentistry, Dr. Bernstein has dedicated himself to keeping up with the latest and most innovative techniques and procedures.

During this time he provided dental care for a broad range of patients at Goldwater Memorial, Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx and attended post graduate courses at New York University School of Dentistry.
After graduating, he was accepted at Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry in Cleveland, Ohio where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
