Flossing isn't just good for your dental health, but for your overall health as well.
I can't even begin to tell you how many times I've felt ashamed while in my dentist's office after they ask me how many times a WEEK I floss, and my answer not being anywhere close to the number of times I should be.
My flossing ways have changed dramatically after I started noticing the changes to my gums and tooth sensitivity after I started flossing more.
Let me just start by saying, if you're one of those people who think ONLY brushing your teeth will suffice for a healthy mouth, you're wrong.
