In addition to our high standard of universal precautions and sterilization, we will be making extra efforts to make sure that our team and patients are protected while you are at our office. Our waiting room is open and wearing a mask is required by the State of Indiana. Please wear a mask when you arrive at our office. If you are not comfortable with this and would like to remain in your car until the time of your appointment, please call us at (812) 850-2129.
The staff will continue to be screened at the beginning of each day. We will also continue screening patients and taking temperatures as we bring patients back to the treatment rooms. We do have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy but understand if you and your family need to reschedule because of illness or quarantine.
From routine dental exams, dental X-rays, dental cleanings, filling cavities, teeth whitening, and minor dental surgery to more advanced procedures such as dental implants, crowns, and other cosmetic and restorative dental procedures.

Services
I have been practicing in Southern Indiana since graduating from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2010.
I am excited to begin the next chapter of my career with the opening of Allen Family Dental.
My goal is to develop and maintain long-term relationships with my patients and provide the best comprehensive treatment for them.
My personal goal is to find my work as rewarding as I do right now.
One way I do this is by taking a variety of continuing education classes and constantly striving to incorporate advanced technologies.

Prevention and early detection are the key to avoiding tooth decay and gum disease.
A good home regimen, in addition to regular cleanings and exams, can prevent many expensive dental treatments.
Prevention starts with controlling plaque, a colorless bacteria that sticks to the surface of your teeth, and calculus, a harder mineral deposit.
These are the main sources of decay and periodontal disease.
By maintaining a proper routine of daily hygiene, you can prevent most oral disease.
Our hygienists are available to assist you with your hygiene and management of your gums.

Enhancing the smile's aesthetic appearance can lead to increased self-confidence, improved social skills, and even a more positive outlook on life.
Modern cosmetic dentistry merges advanced technology with fine art, and can often produce amazing results in less time than you would expect.
Customized trays are filled with a whitening gel and worn in the mouth for as little as 1 hour per day.
In as little as one week, this process can erase most stains from coffee drinking and tobacco, as well as tooth yellowing associated with aging, producing a brilliant, bright white smile.

Almost everyone will experience tooth decay at some point in his or her life.
Swift detection and correction of tooth decay can minimize the significant expenses and inconveniences associated with more serious problems caused by tooth decay.
Restorative dentistry treats all phases of tooth decay, from simple cavity fillings to entire tooth replacements.
We will remove all areas of decay, and replace with a filling made of composite resin.
Composite resin fillings have surged in popularity because their appearance perfectly matches the natural appearance of teeth.

Crowns and conventional bridges or dentures may not be your only options when replacing missing teeth.
Dental implants offer a smile that looks and feels very natural.
Surgically placed below the gums over a series of appointments, implants fuse to the jawbone and serve as a base for individual replacement teeth, bridges or a denture.
Implants offer stability because they fuse to your bone.
Integration of the implants into your jaw also helps your replacement teeth feel more natural and some people also find the secure fit more comfortable than conventional substitutes.
