Quality Dentistry
I like welcoming and talking with our patients. I want each person to feel comfortable and at home during their visits, and to know we are here for them. I handle a variety of front office duties in addition to greeting and checking in patients. My favorite is helping people maximize their dental insurance benefits, so they get the care they need when they need it, without stress.

I also handle treatment and financial coordination, billing, and collections. My family keeps me busy: I have a grown son and daughter and six grandchildren. I love gardening, decorating and, weather permitting, you'll find my significant other and I on the golf course. I have been in dentistry for over 15 years. I enjoy helping and interacting with patients.

I am happy to answer your questions, plan for appointments, help resolve concerns and make your visits positive. My desire is to contribute to the positve experience each patient can expect to have in our office. I am new to dentistry and am grateful to have been chosen to work in our Lakewood location helping Kathy.
Services
It is a privilege to belong to a profession that offers so many ways to be of service.
I have been fortunate to have practiced dentistry in several communities in the 30 years since I graduated.
In each of these places I have been welcomed, supported, and feel I have been able to contribute to the betterment of the community.
When I first meet a patient, I encourage them to tell me about themselves.
I want to know what they're seeking in dental care.
I also want to know about their worries and their life.
As a dentist, I love that I get to work with a diverse group of people, from toddlers through seniors.
Getting to know each on a personal level, and establishing a lifelong relationship with them, is important to me.
I believe in actively listening to my patients and encourage them to tell me about their goals and concerns.
I find working with people who have dental anxiety to be particularly rewarding.
Together with my team, I help that person work through and overcome their fears.
Today's dentistry offers truly painless options and I pay close attention to each person's comfort during their visits.
The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan.
We will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each of your available payment options before you begin, so that you can make the best choice for you.
Your estimated co-pays are due at the time of service.
Your smile is yours forever, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive the best dental care when you need it.
We are preferred providers for all Delta Plans (not DeltaCare or Willamette), GEHA, Cigna, Regence, Premera, Metlife, Guardian, and Ameritas.
Your regular exam will take about 45 minutes.
Each regular exam includes a detailed teeth cleaning, in which we will clean, polish, and rinse your teeth to remove any tartar and plaque that have built up on the tooth's surface.
Visiting our office every six months gives you the chance to talk to the doctor about any questions you may have about your oral health.
Regular exams are offered by appointment only, so please contact our practice today to schedule your next dental exam and teeth cleaning.
Teeth grinding, or bruxism, refers to excessive grinding of the teeth and/or excessive clenching of the jaw, usually occurring when one sleeps.
If you wake up with jaw pain, tension headaches, or facial pain, you may be suffering from bruxism.
Some people aren't even aware they are grinding or clenching their teeth at night, until a visit to us reveals significant tooth enamel loss or damage to restorations.
Tension, stress, and anxiety experienced during the daytime can carry over to an individual's sleep, and lead the person to grind his or her teeth together or clench the teeth unknowingly.
