Dr. Puccio grew up in Old Tappan, New Jersey, where he graduated from Don Bosco Preparatory High School.
In 2009, he received his Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Loyola College in Maryland.
He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine (formerly known as The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey).
He completed his year-long general practice residency at Hackensack University Medical Center, where he received advanced training in oral surgery, endodontics (root canal therapy), cosmetic dentistry, and comprehensive restorative treatment.
In 2009, he received his Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Loyola College in Maryland.

After dental school, he completed a general practice dental residency at Johns Hopkins Bayview, Children's Hospital, and James Lawrence Kernan Hospital.
He has provided dental care in the Parkville area since 1977.
