Originally from New England, Dr. Thompson completed her undergraduate education at Tufts University near Boston before moving to the Bay Area to pursue a dental degree.
She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of California at San Francisco in 2003, where she was honored with several awards and a scholarship for her work in dental research and community service.
UC San Francisco is also where Dr. Thompson met her husband Zach, a Santa Cruz native who shares her passion for healthcare and love of the outdoors.
