Services
After working in a volunteer health clinic in college and coming back to visit my local orthodontist, I decided that I wanted to become an orthodontist myself.
2006 remains one of the biggest years of my life as I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Biochemistry from Oklahoma State University, married my lovely wife Jil, and moved to Dallas to start dental school at Baylor College of Dentistry.
I graduated in 2010, ranking 4th in my class.
My three-year residency was a time of great growth, both personally and in our family.
At East Texas Orthodontics, we understand just how busy our patients' lives can be, and this is why we take every step necessary to ensure that your orthodontic care fits into your hectic schedule.
Whether you need to make appointments during your lunch hour, after work, or in between classes at school, our staff will do everything possible to work around your life.
Depending on the types of services that you need, we can help you craft a schedule of appointments that will allow you to progress through your treatments in an efficient and pain-free manner.
Traditionally, metal braces are what many of us consider when we think about 'braces.'
While they are the most economical of all types, the disadvantage with metal braces are that they are still very noticeable to others.
Clear esthetic braces are transparent in appearance, making them practically invisible when compared with traditional metal braces.
If you want an amazing smile but worry that metal braces will give you the "railroad track" look, then clear esthetic braces may be an excellent option for you.
Invisalign is the most modern, convenient and comfortable way to straighten your teeth.
Using custom created aligner trays, which are virtually invisible when worn, your smile is corrected and beautifully improved without the metal brackets and wires of traditional braces.
Most people will not even notice you are wearing them, and the trays are crafted of plastic with smooth surfaces for greater comfort without pinch, mouth sores or other problems common to standard metal braces.
Invisalign is generally no more expensive than traditional braces.
So many questions come to mind when considering orthodontia, like "how much do braces cost?"
Our priority is to be here for you, so please don't hesitate to contact or visit us with your questions.
For your convenience, we've brainstormed a few ourselves.
We hope these help answer some of the questions you might have!
Invisalign is generally no more expensive than traditional braces.
The cost of treatment is based on the amount of adjustments needed and seriousness of each case.
