Dr Kelly Kawahara, born and raised on Maui, graduated from Baldwin High School in 1996 and went on to receive a bachelor degree in Biochemistry with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2000.
She then attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston and graduated with a Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 2005.
She and Dr. Girard were married in 2006 and have been working for a group practice until opening their own private practice in 2015.
Dentistry is an actively evolving science and Dr Kawahara has taken over 250 hours of continuing education courses so that she may offer the latest in restorative and cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, removable and fixed prosthodontics, and implant restoration.
She then attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston and graduated with a Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 2005.
