Dr. Talwar grew up in Livermore, CA and began his path to a career in dentistry by completing an accelerated pre-dental undergraduate program in just two years, instead of the typical four years, at University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA.
He then earned this Doctorate of Dental Surgery from University of the Pacific Dental School in San Francisco.
Dr. Talwar is an active member in good standing of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the Napa Solano Dental Society.

After a 26-year career with the UCD Molecular and cellular Biology department and raising two children, Teresa joined our practice as an administrative assistant.
In her free time, she enjoys visiting her children in San Francisco and Reno and her two nieces in Oakland.
She also loves to garden and has been in a book club for 20 years.
