After years of avoiding the dentist due to a horrible experience I finally did research and found a highly rated local place. Since sharing my history with the staff I have been treated with the utmost care and compassion. Everything from having music on to simple chatter have me feeling more relaxed almost immediately. And that’s all *before* the procedure even starts. Dr Stylos has acknowledged my fears and adjusted his treatments to ensure my comfort. Today, despite having more than enough Novacaine to numb a horse, I still had sensation. It made no sense and was completely bizarre, but it wasn’t questioned. Dr Stylos, along with Lisa, simply found a solution. It made everything take longer and being the last patient it extended their day, but I never felt that way for a minute. Their concern was my comfort and treating me. What could have been a(nother) horrible experience was the exact opposite. This is just one example of how wonderful they are, I haven’t even mentioned how above and beyond Michelle has gone to help me understand billing/getting estimates. All together this location has helped me move past deep rooted fears so I can stay healthy.

Dr. Lou and his team are exceptional. I used to dread dental visits, but they have transformed my experience into something relaxed and comfortable. Now, I no longer feel anxious about my appointments. Therese, my hygienist, is amazing – she makes cleanings quick and easy. Dr. Lou takes the time to explain each procedure clearly, so I always know what to expect. A big thank you to everyone at the practice!
